Terms And Conditions
Lead Time
- Each order is to be manufactured according to the order number which usually takes 2-4 weeks if all the parts are available and not more than 8-10 weeks if particular parts or customization has been ordered.

Shipment
- Local shipments are to be shipped by seller method, any damages or loss before receiving will be the responsibility of the shipper (Cross Lambda). The shipments will usually be shipped by Kerry Express, Shopee Express, or Thailand Post.
- International Shipment will be shipped by Express only, in case of registered mail methods are requested the shipper will not be responsible for any case of loss or damages.
Sales
- All sales are final, the options and customization cannot be changed after the order is placed.
Warranty
- Any Modification to the product would void the warranty.
- We offer 1 year of warranty with 1-month insurance.
- The warranty covered only the damage from the manufacturing process.
- All Third-party products do not have a warranty including the parts in customization that use Third-party parts.
Cancellation, Refund, and Return
- Cancellation with refund can only proceed within 48 Hours after the order is made.
- The refund would be the order value minus 20% for restocking, processing, and handling fee.
- Shipping is not included in the refund, meaning customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the company.
- The refund process would proceed after the company receives the returned product.
